When I got the email asking if I could do a angry birds cake I was so excited!! But during my excitement I took the only picture I have before I added all the birds… But you get the general idea (I hope)

Pretty in purple cake

This adorable 2 tier cake was done for a 75th birthday girl who loves bling, purple, bling, tiaras, bling oh and chocolate. I think I got all of her likes in there.

Chocolate bottom tier with ganache filling and cream cheese icing, second tier white cake with fresh raspberry filling and cream cheese icing. Oh and a hand made tiara.

“Not only was this cake beautiful and eye catching it tasted amazing. Audrey fed some of her cake to me personally and it tasted like the most moist banana bread with just enough chocolate nuttella-e goodness to make your mouth water. And even though it was a banana cake it was fluffy and light. As for the adult version. I was told it was by far the best cake my aunt sue had in a very long time. Sometimes the frosting gets weighed down by the food coloring especially when using bright colors like the red. But the opposite can be said about this cake. The icing was fluffy and delicious not even a trace of the harshness food coloring can add. The cake itself was moist and had similar flavors to devils food cake but none of the density. I could have easily eaten it all day.”
